• 10 am inaugural pranayasa flow yoga class
• Free samples of integrative health treatments after Bikram yoga classes
• 11:30 am Synergy Partner Yoga class
• 1:30 Hypnotherapy workshop :: stress management
• 12 - 3 Open house tour, Ayurvedic snacks & chai, free samples of integrative health treatments, Ayurvedic product sale
• 3:30 Thai bodywork workshop
• 4:30 live music starts
• 6:00 pm demo of Thai bodywork, Ayurvedic massage, and Community style acupuncture
• 8:00 pm hoop class / dance party
• RAFFLE DRAWING
